Move Better
How you sit, stand, lift, and even breathe creates movement patterns that shape how your body feels every day. When those patterns rely on compensations—like tight hips, weak glutes, or poor core control—joints and tissues get overloaded, leading to nagging pain and fatigue. Therapeutic Exercise pinpoints those weak links, restores mobility where you’re stiff and stability where you’re weak, and retrains efficient mechanics. The result: smoother, stronger movement in daily life—with less pain and more confidence.

Feel Stronger
Strength isn’t just about lifting more—it’s about having the capacity to do life without pain or hesitation. Therapeutic Exercise builds reliable strength in the core, hips, and shoulders, reinforces tendon and joint integrity, and teaches your body to generate power with control. With smart progressions (not random workouts), you’ll feel steadier, carry more, move longer, and bounce back faster—so everyday tasks and favorite activities feel easier and more confident.

Injury Prevention
Most injuries come from overload and poor mechanics—not bad luck. Therapeutic Exercise identifies the weak links and faulty patterns that set you up for strains, sprains, and flare-ups. We improve mobility where you’re stiff, stability where you’re shaky, and strength in the movements you use most. With smart progressions, tissue conditioning, and load management, you build resilience—so you can train, work, and play with fewer setbacks
At WellnessWorks, Therapeutic Exercise is our proactive approach to building resilient bodies. We identify weak links, retrain faulty movement patterns, and strengthen the muscles that protect your joints—so you can do more of what you love with less pain and fewer setbacks.

FAQs
Is this physical therapy?
It’s a strength- and movement-focused program led by our clinical team. We collaborate with PTs and other providers as needed.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. We can begin with your goals and our movement screen. If medical evaluation or imaging is appropriate, we’ll guide you.
How often should I come?
This is completely dependent on individual goals. Some patients start weekly for 4–6 weeks per training plan, then transition to every other week or monthly tune-ups with a home program. Others may prefer 2-4 1:1 sessions to learn exercises and evaluate form and transition to individual work on their own.
What should I wear/bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. If you have recent imaging or test results, bring them along
Where does this training take place?
Connected to our clinic is our WellnessWorks training facility, with the necessary machines and equipment.
Can I use the gym facility in a time other than my training session?
Absolutely! Please review our “Gym Membership” tab to learn more about our facilities. Take advantage of a waived initiation fee when also utilizing our therapeutic training programs.
