As a dedicated chiropractor and nutritionist, I am committed to helping you achieve optimal health and well-being.
My approach to chiropractic care is dynamic and comprehensive, specializing in soft tissue mobilization and physical therapy. I believe in treating the body as a whole, addressing both the musculoskeletal system and the underlying factors that contribute to pain and dysfunction.
In my role as a nutritionist, I utilize the principles of functional medicine to improve health at a cellular level. By focusing on nutrition and lifestyle changes, I aim to empower my patients to take control of their health and achieve lasting wellness.
My passion for health and wellness stems from my own journey. Having fought hard to improve my own health, I understand the challenges and rewards of the healing process. This personal experience drives my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care to each of my patients. The WellnessWorks vision came to life with the goal of providing a space for holistic practitioners to help patients find their root cause of their symptoms.
As a Colorado native, I am deeply connected to the community. My husband and I, along with our two dogs, enjoy the beautiful outdoors that Colorado has to offer. When I'm not in the clinic, you can find me coaching at the local high school, where I share my passion for health and fitness with the next generation.

Chiropractic Care
New Patient Exam and Treatment $85.00
A new patient exam is a comprehensive evaluation designed to understand your overall health, specific concerns, and wellness goals. During the exam, Dr. Katie will review your intake form and medical history, perform a physical examination focusing on spinal alignment, posture, and range of motion, and more. This thorough assessment allows us to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to address your unique needs, promoting optimal spinal health and overall well-being. Unless X-ray's are required pre-treatment the new patient exam will include your first treatment session.
The Chiropractic Works $75.00
This is where the magic happens! This appointment may include an adjustment, mobility, stretching, soft tissue work, and/or more depending on your specific condition and what your unique body requires. Adjusting joints without addressing correlated muscular tension, lack of mobility, poor posture, and muscle weakness will not make lasting change! This is a chiropractic appointment rolled into a massage therapy appointment with a dash of physical therapy!
Just The Adjustment $30.00
This is a wellness adjustment for an established patient. This does not include, stretching, mobility, or soft tissue work
Soft Tissue Mobilization Add-On $20.00
Need a few extra minutes to work out the kinks? Dr. Katie specializes in techniques including trigger point release, ART, IASTM, and cupping to help relieve muscle tension and improve mobility

The Family Membership Options
Month-To-Month $225.00/Month and additional $35.00/Month per family member
6 Month Commitment $195.00/Month and additional $25.00/Month per family member
Our goal is to make care more affordable for the whole family, we have added two membership opportunities to help your family get the care you all need and deserve. Every family member must have completed a new patient exam appointment before they can be added into a family plan. This membership allows for unlimited visits for all members on your plan. This plan is recommended for families who may require more intensive or frequent adjustments. For both memberships immediate family members include spouse and children under the age of 20 living at home.
Chiropractic Add-Ons
Roller Table $10.00
Also known as an intersegmental traction table, is a table that uses rollers to move up and down the spine to help improve circulation and relax muscles. Some features of a chiropractic roller table include:
Rollers: The rollers can rotate on a triangle or cam that moves up and down the spine.
Treatment time: Typical sessions are 10–15 minutes.
Benefits: The table can help mobilize the spine, stretch muscles and ligaments, increase range of motion, and increase blood flow.
Cervical Traction $20.00
Cervical traction is a treatment for neck pain that involves a gentle distraction of the head to create space between the bones in your neck (your cervical vertebrae). You might see it referred to as spinal traction.
Therapeutic Ultrasound $20.00
Therapeutic ultrasound is a non-invasive treatment that uses sound waves to penetrate deep into soft tissues, promoting healing at a cellular level. This therapy helps to reduce inflammation, break up scar tissue, improve circulation, and accelerate tissue repair—making it an excellent choice for muscle strains, joint pain, and chronic soft tissue injuries.

Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim) Therapy $20.00
Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim) therapy is designed to relieve pain, reduce muscle spasms, and promote circulation through controlled electrical impulses. These impulses stimulate nerves and muscles, helping to improve function, reduce inflammation, and encourage the body’s natural healing response.
This treatment is especially beneficial for muscle rehabilitation, injury recovery, and chronic pain conditions, providing a gentle yet effective way to enhance movement and reduce discomfort. Whether used alone or in combination with other therapies, E-Stim helps restore muscle function and get you back to doing what you love.
