My name is Tigre Astiasaran, and I’m a certified personal trainer, mat Pilates instructor, and dance instructor from Jupiter, FL. My love for fitness began at a young age when my mother opened a dance and fitness studio. From that moment, I knew I wanted to inspire and support others the same way I had been inspired.

Helping people flourish both physically and mentally—has always been at the heart of my work. I’m passionate about guiding my clients to not only build strength and fitness but also grow in self-confidence and self-esteem. To me, there is nothing more rewarding than watching someone achieve their goals and feel proud of what their body can do.

My mission is simple: to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more connected to yourself—whether you’re stepping onto the mat, the dance floor, or into the gym.
