Kinetisense 360: A Smarter Way to Measure Movement
Whether you're a dedicated athlete chasing your next personal best, a weekend warrior, or simply trying to keep up with work, family, and everyday life, the way your body moves matters.
The reality is that pain is often the last symptom to appear—and the first symptom people pay attention to. Long before discomfort sets in, your body begins creating compensation patterns, losing mobility, and sacrificing efficiency. These subtle changes can increase your risk of injury, limit performance, and make everyday tasks feel harder than they should.
That's where Kinetisense 360 Functional Movement Assessment comes in.
Rather than simply looking at how you feel, Kinetisense creates a digital blueprint of how your body moves. Using advanced motion capture technology, it provides objective, measurable data about your movement patterns, posture, balance, strength, and joint mobility. Instead of guessing, we can now measure exactly how your body is functioning.
Why is tracking movement so important?
You can't improve what you don't measure.
Many people judge progress by asking, "Does it hurt less?" While that's certainly important, pain alone doesn't tell the whole story. True recovery and performance improvement happen when your body moves better—not just when symptoms decrease.
By measuring your movement, we can:
Identify hidden movement compensations before they become injuries.
Detect limitations in mobility, stability, balance, and symmetry.
Build a treatment plan based on your body's specific needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Objectively measure your progress throughout care.
Show you tangible improvements with real data instead of relying on how you "think" you're doing.
One of the most valuable measurements we assess is Range of Motion (ROM)—how well each of your joints moves. Reduced ROM can contribute to pain, stiffness, decreased athletic performance, and even accelerated joint wear over time. By establishing a baseline and repeating assessments throughout your care, we can literally see your progress unfold. Think of it as your body's own "before and after."
Who is this assessment for?
The better question may be: Who isn't it for?
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic aches and pains, training for your next competition, hoping to improve your golf swing, returning to exercise after years away, or simply wanting to age with strength and confidence, understanding how your body moves is one of the most valuable investments you can make in your health.
Our goal isn't to sell you a scan.
Our goal is to give you clarity. To replace guesswork with data. To create a personalized roadmap that helps you move better, feel better, and perform at your highest level.
Because better movement isn't just about avoiding pain—it's about building a body that serves you well for years to come.
Advanced 3D motion analysis technology to create a digital blueprint of how your body moves. In just minutes, we objectively evaluate joint mobility, posture, balance, and movement quality, allowing us to identify limitations and compensation patterns that may not be visible during a traditional examination. Unlike observational movement screens, KinetiSense provides precise, measurable data that helps us develop highly personalized treatment plans while allowing us to track your progress over time with objective results—not guesswork.

FAQs
Is this physical therapy?
It’s a strength- and movement-focused program led by our clinical team. We can provide superbills with CPT codes for physical therapy reimbursement.
Do I need a diagnosis to start?
No. We can begin with your goals and our movement screen. If medical evaluation or imaging is appropriate, we’ll guide you.
How often should I come?
This is completely dependent on individual goals and provider recommendations. Some patients start weekly for 4–6 weeks per training plan, then transition to every other week or monthly tune-ups with a home program. Others may prefer 2-4 1:1 sessions to learn exercises and evaluate form and transition to individual work on their own.
What should I wear/bring?
Comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. If you have recent imaging or test results, bring them along
Where does this training take place?
Connected to our clinic is our WellnessWorks training facility, with the necessary machines and equipment.
